Top Secret Club's prices may change at any time without notice. The payment and refund policies remain in effect regardless of any rate adjustments. We do not guarantee specific delivery times or drop rates for our services. We will provide an estimated delivery time for your order, but this is only an estimate. Refunds will not be issued for orders still in progress, even if you feel they are delayed. Services that do not include a refill period are not eligible for refill, even if they experience a total drop. We recommend selecting services with a refill option if this is a concern. Top Secret Club will always strive to deliver what you expect, but we may adjust the type of service if necessary to complete your order.
Engaging in any harmful or abusive behavior may result in the suspension of your account. Before suspending your account, you will be given an opportunity to use any remaining balance. Creating a new account after suspension will lead to the termination of that account, even if it has a balance.

Services
Top Secret Clubl will only be used to promote your Instagram/Twitter/Facebook or Social account and help boost your "Appearance" only.
We DO NOT guarantee your new followers will interact with you, we simply guarantee you to get the followers you pay for.
We DO NOT guarantee 100% of our accounts will have a profile picture, full bio and uploaded pictures, although we strive to make this the reality for all accounts.
You will not upload anything into the Top Secret Club site including nudity or any material that is not accepted or suitable for the Instagram/Twitter/Facebook or Social Media community.
Private accounts would not a get a refund! Please insure that your account is public before ordering.
Return Policy
Refunds will not be issued to your original payment method. Once a deposit is made, it cannot be reversed. Your balance must be used exclusively for orders through Top Secret Club.
By completing a payment, you agree not to initiate a dispute or chargeback against us under any circumstances.
If you do initiate a dispute or chargeback after making a deposit, we reserve the right to cancel all future orders and ban you from our platform. Additionally, we may retract any followers, likes, or other services delivered to your or your clients' Instagram, Facebook, Twitter, or other social media accounts.
Orders placed with Top Secret Club cannot be canceled or refunded once they have been submitted. However, if an order is undeliverable, you will receive a refund as credit to your Top Secret Club account.
Orders placed for accounts that are private or incorrectly specified will not be eligible for a refund. Please double-check every order before submitting it.
Engaging in fraudulent activities, such as using stolen or unauthorized credit cards, will result in the immediate termination of your account without exception.
Please refrain from using more than one service simultaneously for the same social media account, as we cannot accurately track the number of followers or likes in such cases. No refunds will be issued for orders affected by this.
